My name is Martin, I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Martial Arts/Self-Defence Instructor based in London (Fitness First London Bridge-Cottons), offering:

  • Personal training indoors and outdoors

  • Online coaching 

  • Group and Personal SYSTEMA/Self-Defence training
