Personal Training

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.


The amount of contact time you book with me is your decision. However, I suggest a minimum of 1 session per week. Simply the more contact I can have with you the better. Your sessions will be structured to help you quickly progress. They will be tailored to your goals, also fun and educational. I can guarantee that after a few months of training you will have enough experience to continue by yourself. Your programme might also include workouts to do at home or at the gym.


I work with go-getters, people who are ready to do what's needed to achieve the health and fitness results they want, I don't believe in all the fitness fads that sweep the nation, I believe in:
